More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a legend identifying various sections of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.

Further images disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
